Michigan Writer Speaks out on Flaws in American Education System

Former educator, Edward L. Davis, says that top-heavy bureaucracies are diminishing America 's schools, and the schools are behind on the technological learning curve. He agrees with Tom Watkins, who recently wrote a report for Wayne State University that technology is under-employed in today's schools.
